hmmmmm, that's a tough one...Oakmoss and Sage, Neroli, Black Tea, Lavender Cedar. It's tough, when you offer SOOOOOOO MANY scents, some "greats" get lost in the mix. This happens with all products too, razors especially! I released the DOC Evolution and the Prismatic a day or two after. The Prismatic flew under the radar for a few months before folks discovered it...and were they surprised!

Unless there is a demand however, I don't see those scents returning. [caveat: Black Tea is now a Summer Seasonal Scent.] Red Egyptian Musk or now Red Planet I just couldn't let go of, it has so much shape and depth, I was sure it was the old name and label that was throwing folks off. After rebranding it I realized I was right! Sometimes you need to go with a hunch.

Great question bud!

CaD314 Do you have any shower shaving tips? On occasion I'll shave in the shower but with the added moisture my lathers always seem to be lackluster.

My favorite scent, which has been so for a long time, is La Tierra Mojada.

Turn the water down to a trickle in the shower with your back to it. I am pretty aggressive face latherer, really whipping it up. I also primarily use a synthetic brush theses days that may have something to do with my positive results in the shower...though I have never thought much about it. A good, REAL (glass) mirror helps and Rain X applied thick to the surface and a couple times a week works well to keep it fog free. The plastic mirrors, though safer, tend to warp and start to resemble a Fun House looking glass...Never good. I have never had a lather issue however so this is a tough question to answer. Let me know if there is anything else!

Also guys, I had an idea. I will go live on the Wet Shaver's Round Table Platform today at 1pm (Arizona Time) if you want to do an interactive AMA also...it might be easier than typing out questions and answers...totally experimental and in no way do I want this to take away from questions here. That said, I'll do it for 45 minutes. To partake you will need to enter your email. I will respect your privacy and not collect these emails. This is not my design but the way this 3rd party platform operates. IF you feel uncomfortable entering an email, pls create a new, throw away acct on Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc. Here is the link: https://wetshaversroundtable.webinarninj...r_id=90916

Also and sadly, this platform is not compatible with Iphones, androids are no problem.
Hope to see you there!

Do you both enjoy the current scale of production you can make?  I think it is something to be proud of since you continue to bring new developments into the different products.

Some of my favorite scents are from Cavendish, Briar, and Tombstone. I use Sin aftershave splash quite a bit. What are my chances on trying something that is a whipped shea butter base sometime soon?

I love the size of our business currently since we're both really involved in everything that goes on but we also have help and it's so great to have a support team.

Whipped shea butter will be back in the cooler months. We've just started having daily highs that are not in the triple digits so it will be a little longer but it will return!

Thanks bud, that one is near and dear to me!

Yes, we have discussed it before. I am extremely happy that you are an alum and menthol guy. :-)

And the scent is extremely addicting. Not to mention the way it feels.

Woohoo! Today's the day! First off thanks for your time. Next, what in the world ever possessed you to create the business you run? Finally, as a westerner have you ever considered a sage soap? Not the herb sage but western sage like that found in our deserts?
