Few updates we would like to share with you.

1. We have shipped 130 razors out in this week. Some of you may receive it already. If you have any question regarding to order or product, please contact service@qshave.com. We will take care of your case.

2. We found out a a coating issue with the black version in the final quality check, so we did not ship them. We worked together with coating factory, and solved the problem. The new black version razors will be ready May 20th, and we will start to ship them by then.

3. The warehouse made a mistake. Few backers who ordered the black version (with and without engraved) will receive a silver version Parthenon without engraved letters. But don't worry, we will send your black one with correct engraved letters later next week. The silver one you can keep it as a gift. Sorry for the inconvenience. We will send out email today to inform those backers.

4. Next week, we will ship another 200 razors (silver ones) before Wednesday. As the black version will be ready by May 20th, we will ship out them too.

That is good news. Transparency and keeping backers up to date with the good and not so good. That's how it should be done. I applaud their efforts and hope that the razor delivers in both quality and performance. I'm one of those that reserved a black one, an extra week or two won't mean a thing. Rockwell should take notice, no small feat what Qshave/Weishi accomplished here...
