There is a receipt posted at TSN that shows you were paid $9750 November 27, 2018 - a full five months after you allege your then wife took all your money. You had beyond a reasonable expectation of time to communicate the situation and refuse investments for new products until your business had returned to solvency.

Since you failed to create the razors and the $9750 isn’t immediately available to returnwhat did you use the money for?

I certainly never took money without an expectation that I could produce razors. The situation was fluid, and I was hoping to get money back. As a matter of fact -- not that it is really anybody's business -- I *still* have not seen what money I was to have received in the settlement. This is separate from the funds set aside to pay Phil with.

I can only repeat that I contacted Phil some weeks ago to make repayment arrangements. The texts are above. Phil replied with his acceptance, actually. The offer still stands, and I hope that Phil will simply take the money and be done with it. If he prefers, he can produce the 17-4. Under the circumstances, I don't feel myself in a position to argue about it. Litigating this in public serves no purpose; I acknowledge the debt, I made arrangements to clear it (or so I thought), and Phil seems to have found his own approach to the matter in any case. This is not a deposition, guys, and it's not a hanging either. I can't improve on my explanation or change the facts.

We’re here to enjoy razors aren’t we? I think that much of this should be left between Phil and Andy and a court of law, if they choose. Please consider the last 6 months and how difficult they have been for people all over the world. Kindness is king and no real judgements can be passed down here.

So how about some pics of this Apogee razor to get us back on track? For those interested, perhaps you could start an additional thread if you insist on discussing this issue.

As always I mean no offense to anyone, but just wanted to offer some perspective.

Let me repeat what you’ve stated: you’ve made repeated promises to repay - yet you’ve never actually repaid anything (as of September 28th 2020). Similarly, you acknowledge you accepted $9750 from Bullgoose, but never produced the razors.

What you haven’t stated is that after this failed investment from Bullgoose, you’ve built and launched a razor with another partner, and are in process of doing the same with a second partner.

So I ask again, since you didn’t produce the razors Bullgoose invested $9750 for - what did you spend the money on?

Review the text messages between paradigm & Bullgoose; Paradigm claimed legal action would be fruitless.
