Paradigm releasing a new razor

Thanks for taking the time to make that video Dave in KY. I'm kicking myself for missing out on the presale, and I'll have to wait patiently for the next release.

Candidly, it will be an excellent  350 dollar razor.  I’m very impressed with the polish and am informed on the extra step for the BP. 

But even more so at the shave.  It is very similar to the RS10 in smoothness, more nimble, and a little more efficient.   I think this is a perfect 2 pass razor with minimal touch up.

I compared the RS10A with DB side by side in 2020 and got the same results that you observed. They have very similar aggressiveness and blade feel. If you're a collector, you would need to pay a significant amount of money for the RS10 now. However, if you're only interested in how the RS10A shaves, you can get DB instead; it provides a quite similar shaving experience.
