A good amount of efficiency/effectiveness and smoothness. If I were to be super critical it’s a little bit handle heavy at the bottom but it’s really nothing that affects the great shaves I get with it. The Ti version to me will give it the weight and balance I prefer in a razor nowadays and also will also make it even more maneuverable than the SS which is a plus for the technique I use.
No comparison here between the Diamondback and the Blackbird but I never really got along with the Blackland Blackbird SS and I tried quite a few of them over the years but I really enjoy the Ti Version. Not always but in this case the metal made a big difference in the characteristics of the BB for me.
So I have high hopes for the Diamondback Ti and can’t wait to get mine. I’ve been a fan of the brand since the Ti 1 came out for both looks and performance.
Good move Andrew.
I was very excited when I saw the email the other day I didnt even think twice. I sold my diamond back about a year or so ago when I got rid of most of my other SS razors. Im anxious to see the polish, I thought H&Sco Ti polished razors at 400 were reasonable, but a Ti DB polished at 265 seems like a steal.
