I won't buy it specifically because its being sold by BullGoose!

I’m recently using 99% of time SE like Sabre L2 or Oneblade because I have sensitive skin and SE blades are better for my skin. I own a Wolfman, Timeless 0.95, Blackbird SB...and the best for me might be the Blackbird.

I own and use all the razors you mentioned. I would say the Paradigm is as smooth as the Sabre L1 with the efficiency of the L2. Definitely smoother than the Blackbird SB and OC but not quite as efficient. Smoother than my OB Genesis V2. I posted my comparison to the Timeless.  The bade appears to be very rigid with this design.

Thanks you! You’re not helping my wallet.

I'll quit now to save you Holiday cash LOL

Neither am I. I would have felt more secure and confident if Andrew sold his razors directly like Blackland does or through several outlets. I hope he will consider it in the future.

This is actually the biggest reason for me not purchasing the Razor yet, I wish I could deal with Andrew from Paradigm directly.

My first shave impressions of the Paradigm 17-4 SS Razor:

In one word, uneventful. Uneventful you say? Yes, but in a very interesting and good way. This razor has almost no blade feel at all ( think “ I forgot to load the blade? ) but somehow shaves incredibly well, and in absolute comfort and free of any drama.

The only time I could really feel the blade at all was on the tip of my chin at my jawline. This lack of blade feel will take some getting used to compared with my other razors,  but I can’t argue with the results, just outstanding.

This may have been my first go with this razor but I really can’t remember the last time my face felt this good after a shave, especially with a brand new razor. I will agree with some others in that I would have preferred an option for a slightly longer handle...but maybe that’s coming in the future?

Anyway- I am more than excited for tomorrow’s shave!

I walked into Trumpers on Curzon Street as a 20 year old university student in Scotland and 25 years later this is still the only way to shave. Some guys have tried up to 150-200 razors on the forums. I think I’m around 40 or so. I won’t get to 150.

R41 and Blackbird OC with a Feather blade type guys might not take to this razor but, for me, the lack of blade feel with the efficiency close to the above two is heaven.

It’s the perfect safety razor. Andrew and his company are just getting started but he nailed it out of the gate.

Nacet’s gel nicely with the 17-4.

Can’t wait for mine!

I shave 6 days a week. I can shave daily only if I use my straight razors. But now I can use this razor too. I still don't understand why this razor is smoother and more efficient than all DE razors I have used.
