no, last holiday season around Christmas they were offering 35% off.
Thanks Andrew, hope it works out for you.

The GEM blades with the spine removed will last much, MUCH longer. My current GEM started on July 1st and has been used every shave these past two months.
The PTFE version?

A couple of posters have responded, though yes, the PTFE coated blade. I made an error in omitting that. Also, the video that others have posted is the correct video.
I got mine from Ted Pella, though I think Connaught has them as well. Shipping is around $10 with Ted Pella.
Also, once the razor has been used, there is a $99 charge to take advantage of the money back guarantee, which doesn't feel right to me as the big print talking about the 30 day money back guarantee doesn't mention this.
I believe that OneBlade has created a better mouse trap. I also keep a close eye on them with business dealings. The founder has a controversial background.
I usually don't purchase from companies where I see questionable business dealings. I do so with OneBlade because, as I said, I think they have invented a better mouse trap.
I don't feel the need to support them buy purchasing blades or consumables.
