The M3teorite has arrived

Well I received the M3teorite razor in blue cerakote with all 3 plates.  My initial visual observations are that it is extremely well made and has good weight and balance.  The coating is perfect.  There are no streaks, scratches or cracks anywhere on the razor.  This is the case for the handle and the head and all 3 plates.  The knurling on the handle is very well made and has a coarse feel to it which should prevent slippage during the shave, we'll see.  I am looking forward to using it tomorrow.  Oliworks makes exceptional razors and has outstanding customer support.  To me, that is the most important asset a company can have.

I need more shaves before posting a review. I can say that the razor worked flawlessly. The blade is clamped and there is no chatter. Also, I omitted in my initial review to say that there is no dimple on the bottom of the handle.

The razor looks amazing and your set up is fantastic.  All great products in your picture.

Folks should really pay attention to Wally’s review of the M3teorite.  In addition to being known to provide honest reviews of products, both good and bad, Wally has experience with a lot of comparable razors.  I am definitely interested in seeing how M3teorite continues to perform and his final conclusions.

3rd USE OF THE M3TEORITE RAZOR (BLUE CERAKOTE)- medium plate.

I have now had 3 shaves with this razor from Oliworks.  I have used the medium plate each time and I plan to use the mild and aggressive plates soon.  But as to the medium plate in this razor, all I can say is that it was fantastic.  The razor had no blemishes, scratches or chips.  There was no dimple on the bottom of the handle.  The weight and balance of this razor was excellent as was the knurling on the handle.  Even when wet and soapy, the handle was secure in my hand (and I am a klutz).
I used a Dorco Prime blade (1).  There is some blade feel with the medium plate.  This blade feel, to me, was more of a notification that I had the right angle rather than an uncomfortable feel from the blade.  The angles on this razor seem to be expansive.  I was able to engage the blade at a steep and shallow angle.  That just added to the pleasure of the experience and the efficiency of the shave.  Today's shave was excellent and enjoyable.
I am not a technician, so I can't give blade gap, exposure or all those great technical measurements.  I can tell you that the medium plate was smooth, comfortable and very efficient.  You can't ask for more than that.  All I can give you is my opinion that Oliworks has made a fantastic razor at an unbelievable price.  Whether or not you are a hobbyist or collector, novice or experienced shaver, this razor should have a spot in your den.
The picture below is a lousy picture I took.  The razor is blemish free.

This paragraph is precisely what I experience with the Medium plate, but you, Wally, put it perfectly into words! OliWorks hit it out of the park and I am please as punch to have one in the shave kit!
