I am in Saskatchewan and my shipment reflects yours exactly, mine has been sitting in Frankfurt since the 20th.

I sent a note to Rockwell about it and they said this:

"Hey Mark,

Sorry about that. Basically, it appears that DHL has routed packages through Frankfurt airport. Any packages that aren't currently received are currently on planes to Canada and should be received this upcoming week. We're investigating with DHL why they chose this unusual routing. I apologize on their behalf for this inconvenience.

Thanks for your continued patience and support!"

Hi Monchoon , how's things on the prairies?

Its one thing to route it through Germany but another to leave the packages languishing there for days or weeks. I know they can move quickly when they want to, I once ordered some coffee things from Mauro online on mid-day (MST) Sunday and when I received the package on Wednesday morning the tracking showed it had left Bologna, Italy just before midnight Sunday then went to Dresden, Germany, Heathrow (London) UK, Winnipeg, and ultimately Calgary in essentially just a hair over 2 days. That was impressive. This isn't.

Fellow Canadian here. My Razor left Melrose Park, IL on May 12th and arrived in Frankfurt on May 17th. It has been in Germany ever since. I email DHL this morning. Still waiting for a reply. I'm not impressed!

Maybe DHL thinks Canada is in Germany.

I am always amazed at the number of Americans who believe that Canada is part of the USA. " Isn't Trump your President too?"

DHL has always given me headaches, and I avoid them when I can. Hopefully this gets sorted out, the 6s was amazing for me, I bet the 6c is great as well.

I find this shipping to you gents in Canada appalling.  When I am in Scotland, I ship things home to the U.S.A. (San Diego, California) via DHL with such efficiency that it is mind boggling.  I don't get it. Huh
