Mine still shows that it is still sitting in Germany.

I just checked my tracking and the package shows as arriving in Canada June 2 - I'm in Alberta so it will likely take some time to get here and it will probably come via Germany.  Seriously, nothing would surprise me at this point.  I have no issue with the folks that are saying this is a DHL issue and that Rockwell are stand up guys and that may even be true, however, Rockwell has done squat about the issue, not even a communication email to say they'd had technical difficulties so they're wearing this as far as I'm concerned.  I still say that Rockwell contracted for the lowest priority service so they could say they were couriering the packages while not spending too much to do it and we got what they paid for.

Hi Marko, You should be getting your razor VERY soon. My 2C arrived in Canada on May 31st and it was available for pick at the post office the next day (not sure how that happens).

Quote:Shipment-Related Questions
There are always numerous challenges in bringing a new product to market, and as is all-too common with Kickstarter fulfillment, we met our own handful of challenges in the process of getting over 2500 razors shipped out to our backers. Fortunately, the issue-rate has been relatively limited and while we’re confident that most concerns have been addressed at this point, if you have any concerns at all with your pledge reward please be sure to first reach out to us at info@rockwellrazors.com. We understand that your inclination may be to post comments on the Kickstarter comments section, but regrettably we are unable to provide shipping-related support for our backers on that public forum due to privacy concerns.

I didn't receive that email and I contacted them twice (respectfully) and what I got was a basic too bad so sad if its truly lost we insured them and we'll send out a new one - imagine how long that would have taken having to make an insurance claim. In any case it looks like I'll probably have the razor in a couple of days. One other thing which is interesting - the tracking page on DHL said that as of June 2 the package was in country and handed off to Canada Post for delivery and that it was now officially out of their hands (DHL's). Query, why bother to use a courier company to deliver the packages to a recipient's country's postal service?? I do not understand that at all. Why not just go postal all the way? Free shipping from Lior (Tierra Santa) in Israel using whatever lowest cost service is available was quicker than this. This issue has nothing to do with kickstarter fulfilment but rather with Rockwell's insistence on making every mistake that its possible to make at every turn. Like I said earlier in the thread, I love the Rockwell 6s, its a truly great razor and I'm sure the 2c will be as good but man, can you step on your own dick as often as these guys?
