New Wolfman 'Guerrilla' Razor?

PSA - These are now being offered in an assortment of colorful aluminum models for $175 CAD (~145 USD).

Back in stock if anyone wants one. There does not seem to be very much buzz with these. Have we reached a saturation point? Are there too many new razors out there?

I think there are just some great offerings form other manufacturers and the allure for these razors is finally abating as they seem to be a tad mild from what I have experienced, personally, and from what others have stated.

I also saw that some of the regular stock Wolfman razors were in stock today after nothing since March. I'm sure they were gone in seconds. I think that I am exhausted by all of the options. I still have 3 new razors that I have not gotten around to using because I am content to use the one that work really well.

There definitely are quite a few worthy options out there. I liked the original Guerrilla quite a bit, but also felt it was on the mild side. I’ve heard the open comb is noticeably more efficient, so I’m interested in it.

I also like both aluminum and stainless steel, so it’s nice that both are an option. But neither is exactly cheap (although for a Wolfman, they’re affordable), so there’s that to take into consideration, as well.

I emailed James inquiring about a more aggressive Guerrilla. He didn't say yea or nay so hopefully he will do it.

I think part of the reason for the lower price point on the original Guerrilla was because of the lack of options though. If he was doing custom orders on those I have to imagine the cost would have been significantly higher. 

When he says in his post that the new ones will be “made using an automated finishing process”, I don’t know if that hints at more gap selection flexibility or not.

He describes it as a redesign, so I imagine there's more to it than a change in the finishing
