I am interested to see if it is a QC issue or a design issue.
Mine is still unopened and in the box....
Not in a hurry to open just to find what everyone else did. Pearl contacted people saying they are working on a solution so even though I wasn't contacted I have other things to use that function without having to modify.

I have genuinely enjoyed modifying blades to use in MANY of my vintage razors as many know. I have zero desire to do Pearls work for them on a razor they rushed to market and try to keep YouTubers from getting the word out to all consumers and try to cover it up. Already emailed Maggards to see what they can do.

Maggards is getting stuck with the bag on this one. First to market, but first to get hammered as well. They were hoping to have the supersafetyrazor bump from the Soloedge, but they are getting crushed instead.

Still no slippage post modification.
Maggards told me to keep it and offered a refund or a store gift card. Took the store credit. Will open soon and post findings.
