You are welcome.  Blush

Well, different continent...
But Zurich in Switzerland would be above the Mason Dixon line, I guess?  Tongue

Boys , i just checked Kent's website. They aborted their tallowate formula and have stated no animals used/harmed in their products. Hmm. The tallow dessication continues.

So that would mean, you can still buy the same soap as the Mitchell's Wool Fat but only the reformulated version without tallow if you buy the Kent SB2.

That leaves only Arko and Cella as the tallow based mass market soaps.

Fortunate there are some very good tallow based artisan soaps, like from Ethos, Stirling, Rex Supply and others.

Who’s driving this de-talowfication of shaving soap? It’s certainly not shavers.  Good luck with the evaporation of your sales.

Everything is a lie...people stopped caring about facts and truth; they'll buy (probably moreso).

I think it's the hyper wokeness, environmentalist, PC stuff. Europe seems to be ahead of the USA.

And their product was not marketed well.... and then they reformulated.  New shavers had trouble lathering it. Heck i couldn't make it work.

As an example, why would I shave with MWF by soaking the puck, keeping it moist, have to use it regularly... When I can use your products that smell better and practically lather themselves. Competition is a good thing.... MWF was slick, nice smell, but you are right - our community is quite lucky with product quality and choices that are superior.

to be fair, hasn't their shaving soaps always been a problem for people to lather? it either worked well for folks or it didn't...

I never bought it for that exact reason. I can't be bothered with it.
