Tabac for it's lather and MWF for it's mild, pleasant smell. Sir Henry's Sandalwood was largely developed  with a soap like MWF in the back of our minds. I know you guys like 8/10+ scent strengths, but many artisan soaps are over done. What sells commercially are more subtly scented products.

I have been saying this for years.  Soap scents should be suggestive, not a frontal assault.

Do I detect a frontal assault on the scent of Tabac?! Perish the thought!! Tabac is awesome. For those who can handle masculinity turned up to 11! Smile

put me in the camp of I'm a fan of the tabac scent.

Well, although not tallow, the lot I have got is very good. It lathers up perfectly and has a nice smell to it.
I have got a porcelain bowl with three additional refill pucks.

If you think that new formula is good, you'd be blown away by our products.

Dom is right. Easy lather to make. I have shredded the Sir Henry unscented and mashed it with several of the British products that have removed tallow to make nice soaps of.... Great value as well. Barbershop Quartet is noteworthy.... I shave with her on xmas and new years . But my favorite is their homage to Fine Santal/AOS Sandalwood. It is the bomb.

Well I should have wrote this more precisely. It lathers up perfect for the price of $12 for 125grams and considering all the reported issues.

I’m sorry, I really don’t know. What is the brand of soap you are selling sir? I would love to try it out.
