I spoke to the guys with leaf a few days ago and I should have one coming to me soon once they fill some more of their orders first.

I received my black Leaf Razor set last week.

Much heavier then I anticipated.

I have used it 3 times now and the jury is still out.....

The head makes it difficult to get under my nose. I like the swivel head, but the handle seems to long to me.

I don't think this is going to be the game changer they thought it would be, just another novelty razor.

Has anyone else received theirs? What do you think?

I received mine and I enjoyed using it. Loaded with 3 half DEs I thought it shaved better than any multi bladed cartridge razor. The spring action is on the softer side and shaving with it reminded me of painting with a paint brush.

I was a backer on Kickstarter and received mine a few weeks ago. While I agree that under the nose shaving can be a little challenging with the leaf, I wouldn't go as far as to consider this a novelty razor. As a life-long head shaver, I have to say that this razor has indeed been a game changer for me. DE's and SE's (including the Oneblade Genesis) just don't provide a close enough shave up there. In fact nothing in my rotation gave me as good an end result as a fusion or headblade.

Do i feel that the leaf outperforms cartridge razors for head shaving? No, but it's pretty damn close *pun intended* and I can only assume it will get closer as I become more accustomed to it. Certainly beats having one foot stuck in the cartridge $having world.

being a head shaver as well, this is what I'm hoping for, too. I'd say that my best head shaves have come from my gillette mach 3...but damn they can get expensive!

Very similar experience. The head is crazy wide, so they include a separate tool for below the nose...sort of defeats the purpose.
The pivot doesn’t have enough resistance. Needs a redesign IMO.

on getting a tester? no, and I'm not going to keep bugging them about it.

I'll probably end up picking 1 up for shaving my head.

I am considering one for headshaving as well.
Any users have experiences to share?
