ive gotten 7 shaves from a Treet Classic or Gillette Platinum Plus. The best I can manage from a GEM blade is 4 shaves.

its simply a complicated way to make life miserable for people who want to use a multi blade razor. The concept is relatively simple. You can choose how many blades go in, and control the closeness of the shave.

Is that part of the razor or an earring he's wearing? Marlene Dietrich may have pierced a guy's ears once but I'm not buying some contraption from a guy in a black tshirt who is to dumb to confuse first impressions with a damned earring or is it a shaving angle guide on the razor.

it combined the old shovel head top cap, with the concept of the schick twin injector.

now that I'm shaving my head these days, this product is very interesting to me. I very much like the pivoting head on my gillette guard and headblade sport, but refills can get a little pricey, at least for the headblade, while refills can be harder to find for the gillette guard as gillette has squeezed a lot of suppliers within the USA.

plus, it's very hard to beat $10-11 for 100 astra SP blades, especially when the blades get snapped in half for this razor...

I sent the creators an email on their site to see when it'll be available for general purchasing...

The Mvltiplex had this concept in the 1930s with five blades.
Have a nice day!

They describe it as being made from 100% metal. With that vague of a description I have to assume its pot metal, so it better be quite cheap.

from speaking to the creators of the leaf razor, it looks like they should have some available for general purpose in August or September.

I also just asked them if the razor has been tested using shaving oil or not yet. when shaving my head, I use oil and it can really clog up multi blade razors, like my headblade sport.

I backed their kickstarter out of curiosity. I think they are supposed to ship in the next month or two. I'm a headshaver too so it made me curious. I use DE and Gillette Guards on my head but I'm curious to try this one out.
