It's a really nice scent if you like floral! It's not a straight floral though. I get some incense-like notes from it as well.

Can’t wait to crack open the Mayflower jar — mine shipped today. In addition to Jeff’s remarks, I noticed that there was already a very positive review on the L&L website, as well.

Well, thanks for the heads up on this. I thought this was a soap I could resist. I am in that camp that does not like floral scents in my shave.

And then I had to go to the website and read this from Scott:

With Mayflower I wanted to design a floral scent for the shaver who doesn’t enjoy floral scents.

Needless to say, it's on the way.

Mayflower is SO GOOD! Maggard's is running low on them too!

Looks like Maggards and Scott's site are out of the splash. Thankfully I ordered the splash last night, phew!

I picked up a tub at the Maggard Meet. One sniff and it immediately went into my basket.

What an amazing scent. Someone described it perfectly elsewhere that it smells like walking through a garden instead of just a flower. A different and unique floral.

No question in my mind. Top 3 (or higher) soap being made today. Love it.
