Sit tight. Shane Blackland Razors will be releasing a Ti Blackbird. That will be the best of the 3, for me.

Shane is still working on getting the Ti pricing right so hopefully the Ti BB pans out.

Hehehe. Hilarious and sad. Well, not really sad just like what in the f*** are these guys doing? Amazing really when you see the history up until now of their progression as a small business entity. No direction or purpose in attaining positive growth and more importantly, meeting customer demand & satisfaction.

karveshavingco Hello everyone, we hope you are having a great start to your week.

We regret to inform you that we'll be pushing the drop for the Titanium Christopher Bradley back a couple of weeks to May 15th.

As always, if you have any questions - please direct them to our email karveshavingco@karvemachine.com.

Thank you all for your understanding and support, we couldn't do this without you.

Thanks for the 411.  I'd like to think that message was sent because Karve Razors has finally figured out the true meaning of "In Stock".  We'll see.

Well that's a better business model. If the guy can focus on the task at hand, instead of biting off more than he can chew ....

I guess the polished razors will have to wait   Rolleyes

All I want right now are some higher gap aluminum anodized razors or baseplates.

I did some reading through the thread, just out of interest, and some of the sentiments are funny.

It seems many people initially liked the D plate (the highest offering at release. Apparently smooth and somewhat efficient (comparisons to Rockwell R6, WR1 standard .61? Gap).

Once E and F plates came out, there was gravitation towards those, with many members preferring F. Apparently smooth but as efficient as blackbird and Timeless .95.

OC plates came out, some mixed reviews. Some people loved and believed smoother with more efficiency. Others stated SB was smoother with equal efficiency.

Then we got to SS and poor customer service and I stopped reading.

Nearly everyone stated the brass was a great deal for the quality of shaves. This led me to two questions:

1. Is the Karve still worth it at titanium price points ($350 CAD)?
2. What plates have stuck with those who still shave with it? What would you buy if you could only get one plate in titanium?

164 pages of posts in this thread say "wishful thinking". He didn't mention on Instagram if the aluminium drop (just plates up to D) has been postponed as well.
