I think their order process has become really screwed up since they started selling the stainless steel. I love my Karve brass and my stainless but my experience getting the stainless was totally screwed up compared to any of the brass releases.

Mine was totally the opposite. The brass was a total disaster. I waited for a month over stated times and could get anyone to respond to me.
Steel was sent quick and communication was good. But I think I was the first order in.
Hello people. Paid June 03 for Brass razor and additional plate, still nothing. Lots of emails didn't help. The last message from Karve:
"There could be an error on the address on the package, or the package is lost in a postal facility somewhere and needs to be found the next time they do a cleaning (I have a sister that works in Canada Post and she mentioned that this can happen), or the postman attempted delivery and for some reason returned it back to the sender (me).
We have had that happen where a package will make it all the way to the destination and then be returned to me. Unfortunately, the overall trip time can be pretty long, like 3 to 4 months, because it is returned to me via surface mail.
I have a feeling that your package is on the way back to me, simply because of how long it has been since it was shipped. So, in the meantime, I can dispatch a new package, but I need you to confirm your address."
But it's just one of many! For me it looks like snide response...
