I agree ! when I first ordered his razor a few months ago, the shipment was delayed and he sent a personal apology saying he had to redo the B plates as he wasn't satisfied with those in stock and those took time. Such meticulous eye to detail is rare and needs to be supported and kept in business for such great quality products.
I hope quoting his email text below is not out of line ...
"I apologize for the delay...I discovered a quality issue on the B guards and I had to make new ones. Everything is good now and your razor will be at the post office this afternoon."

I recently received a Rockwell with numerous bubbles compromising the top cap. Sloppy to say the least. The Rockwell is no longer in the den as the Karve is easily a superior shaver in my use.
