I can’t comment on the bronze Timeless but I own a DC .95 and the scalloped .95 and the shaves are extremely smooth and efficient. The Karve with a D plate and a Feather blade is also smooth and very efficient. Every time I use the Karve, I thoroughly enjoy the shave and now that I am using a more aggressive blade (Feather) with it, the Karve has hit a sweet spot in my rotation. I think when Chris actually answers emails and releases an E and F plate, this razor will be a must have.

I agree with you totally about the emails and I do not appreciate the lack of customer service and don't want to support someone like that.. if one does not respond to emails that does not reflect very well on how he will deal with problems if one has with their razor

I will say that he responds occasionally and he is a very nice guy via emails. My razor was lost for a week or two in the mail and when I reached out to him about that, he responded pretty quickly. But, when I have had questions about the actual products, it can be difficult to get a timely response or any response. Really trying to give him a chance because I really like the razor and look forward to getting more products from him. I know he is a brand new vendor and is probably overwhelmed with the early success and swamped with email questions. I may comment about it but I am being patient with him.

Ok I thank you for your extended explanation. But again if he is new and really wants to build up his product and reputation it would serve him well to be more professional and responsible

I apologize, but I have never used the Timeless Bronze. However, I do have the Karve Plate D and it is a very good shaver.

Hey all! Anyone out there shave with a Charcoal Goods Lvl 1 SB and a Karve B plate? If so, how would you compare the performance of the two razors?

I think I will sit this one out for a while until the new plates come out

Update: Chris just shipped me the new E and F plates to try out. I have been bugging him about them for a while and I was duly rewarded. I should have them in about a week so stay tuned!
