Does anyone think it odd that I haven't yet received a shipping notice?

I had to wait about two weeks but that was when they were still being produced.

Look forward to hearing how it shaves. Mine is still showing it’s in Calgary.

The following should tell it all after my first initial shave.

Christopher Bradley (Karve Shaving) Brass Razor (D plate)
Voskhod Teflon Blade
Kiss My Face Key Lime Shave Cream
RR Big Bruce Synthetic Brush
PS Balm
PS After Shave

Great easy two pass shave using the D plate which is equal to the Charcoal Goods level 2 and Timeless .95 head. Maybe better. Smooth as silk and the grip is fantastic.

Excellent! Any problems with the blade protrusions on the ends?

This has never been an issue with me regardless of which razor I use.

im with you. i cant imagine what the hell some people are doing during their shave where this would be a problem. every razor i own (10+) has blade protrusions on the ends.

Great to hear. Now if mine would leave Calgary I might get to use it before 2018

While I don't have too much trouble, I have, on occasion, had those protrusions snag on my earring.  That problem goes away when the protrusions are covered, as they are in many, though not all, of my razors.  If I'm interested in a razor, the protrusions would not prevent me from purchasing it.  However, I am more aware of them as I shave.

hmmmm i never thought about that. i dont wear jewelry for my razor to get snagged on but now that you mention it, i can see how this may be a problem for some people. do you primarily use razors without protrusions or are you just extra careful when shaving?
