My answer is it depends. It takes be about 15 minutes with a safety razor but about 20 minutes with a straight razor because of the extra time spent stropping and cleaning the razor.

I voted the choice "20-25 minutes", including the cleaning of the gear that takes 3-4 minutes.

Thank you all for participating!  My wife was kind of wondering if I was in the middle of the curve - which I am Wink

Depends......

If I head have + face shave or only face shave....but if I do both, then also depsnds......

If in a somewhat hurry, I use a brush, a cream, one of my great handled Fusions, and do 2 passes + touch up for a DFS = 30 minutes head + face shave

If relaxed, I use a combo of a DE razor and one of me great handled Fusion for a 3 pass shave + touch ups for a BBS = 40-45 minutes head + fac shave.

if I have less than 15 minutes, I preferably don't shave, because I look bettr with a bit of stubbles, even in a professional situation, than I do with a messed up bloody face Big Grin

Life is too short to not take your time during the shave.

10 minutes if I have to hurry, but typically 15-20 minutes.

Under 5 minutes if I'm in a rush, no lather, only safety razor and water for a DFS.

10-15 minutes for a relaxed shave, no lather, for a BBS shave.

20-25 minutes for the full spa treatment, with lather, for a BBS shave.

Around 10 minutes or so for work days. In fact the entire process of showering, shaving, cleaning up and getting dressed is done in less than 25 minutes. On the weekend, I do enjoy slowing down and having a more relaxing shave. Even then I am done is less than 15 minutes.

Mine is anytime between 15-25mins just to be awkward. But more towards the end of that if I am not rushing. I do apply a pre shave which adds that little extra time but a worthy one in my case.
