10-15 for morning shaves, 15-20 if I shave in the evening instead. I probably average right around 15.

and that's how you should do it.

For me between face lathering to doing all 3 passes around 5 minutes and I'm very new to DE shaving,must of been pro in my previous life lol. Also add about 1 minute in wiping/cleaning the razor, drying up the blade and placing it back in. So I would say 5-8 min tops for the whole ritual Smile

10-15 for me, but 5-10 at others. Depends if I'm using a safety razor or a shavette (when I get a straight it won't surprise me if I also hit the 15-20 mark).

10-15. Sometimes underneath 10 if I'm hurrying. I hate cleaning up though.
