"However, one needs to question and come to the realization of what a man does when he takes a razor and performs the unnatural act of running a honed and sharpened piece of steel across his face. The tool of choice and goal for any shaver regardless of format, whether it be a straight, de, se or an injector, is to remove the whiskers in as comfortable and efficient manner as possible. The razor cuts the hairs, removes dead skin cells and also, whether you want to believe it of not, will take away live and healthy skin cells as well.

So, my posts comes down to really a simple question and suggestion. As I stated earlier, all things being equal, would a shaver not want perhaps a bit more of protection in whatever preshave cream or soap product he uses with the added benefit that there are ingredients in said product that have been scientifically proven to promote healing, skin rejuvenation and providing protection for ones skin? I think it’s logical to say that most shavers would say yes. I know that I would and do. Who doesn’t want healthy and good looking skin? "

I'm not sure which thread to post this in, but I have been having some superb shaves with the preshave, Mandarin Bay, and the Rejuvenating serum.

I am terrible about including all the post items in my pictures, but the use of the Lavender Rejuvenating Serum - and the residual lather, and the Thayers WH - are all documented in the shave of-the-day-photo, here.

On behalf of my skin, I thank you Mohammad (but don't let it go to your head my friend Smile).

I asked andrewjs18 to delete the announcements thread. Product announcements will now happen when the inventory count is updated to show a product is available for sale.

Note: I edit threads to fix my spelling and grammar mistakes which happen often!

Hi Mohammad,

Three questions please.  I realize you may not have things worked out yet, but ...

  1. Will release notifications and updates be pushed from somewhere?
  2. Will notifications and updates be intermixed with other content (e.g. posts from customers or forum members in a thread)?
  3. Will there be a web page which consolidates products scheduled for release, again without a thread stream diluting the information?

Thanks for whatever info you can provide.  My hopes are first,  that we will be able to subscribe or follow something (a thread, facebook page, GD website list) where only you post notices and updates.  Second, I hope that all currently scheduled or updated products will be be consolidated into a single page, and not a moving target page as in a thread.  Of course, this is all easier for me to suggest than it is for you to do; I know that.

Hi HighSpeed

I appreciate your suggestions, most likely I'll implement some of them in the future. But for now, I'll only post notice of avaialblity on this thread after something become available on the site.

Hi Mohammad,

Will you be providing 'prior' notice before a release? We need to have prior notification in order to set aside time to 'log on' and 'place orders'. Thanks!

Hi Hooman Please see the prior post.

There is just no way for me right to provide precise dates and commit to them as I deal with increased production and lack of space. I'll return to something more structured once I move into a larger space later in the year.

Robini Yes sir! As soon I update the inventory of an item, I'll jump on DFS and post a notice of availability.
