So far, my favorites of the duck fat soaps in order are;
Mallard
Aether
Ambrosia
Credence.
Used Credence today and had a wonderful shave with tons of lather but I could smell a tinge of meat in the scent which didn’t overwhelm me but I could not smell that in any of the other scents with duck fat in them and for that reason alone, it went to the bottom of the duck fat soaps for me and below the 4 Vegan soaps I have from Grooming Dept. Still love every single soap though. Here are some pics from my SOTD.

I don't see that date on the new release date link you put up?

You are saying tomorrow 14 October at 11 AM Pacific?

Just ordered After the Fire. The scent sounded interesting and I've been wanting to try a Grooming Dept. soap with duck fat. I hope it lives up to the hype!

Out of curiosity (as someone who works with languages), Mohammad, is there a reason you list some soaps as “tallow beef” instead of the more commonly seen “beef tallow”?

I really like what’s on the horizon — on the Release Schedule. (I’m a fan of black currant, cardamom and saffron.) Smile

Hi Matsilainen Haha The calculator I set up for my soaps has them listed that way to keep the tallows next each other, I just carried on using them in that order. BTW, for real, I had made soap with bear tallow Smile

I'm a huge fan of all 3 ingredients you mentioned. I suggest trying Magnolia, black currant plays a big role in the scent.

That makes sense now — the calculator! You could really start a new fad with some bear tallow. Smile

I’ll check out Magnolia, thanks for the tip!

By the way, going back to language for a moment (and the calculator you use), you could come across a bear or a deer in the forest, or a goat or a sheep in the field, but I’ve never seen a live beef in the wild… Confused2

When will Magnolia be back in stock?  I noticed Magnolia & Oud coming out in December.  How do the two compare?  Thank you!
