keto, I'm looking forward to dehydrating my first fresh pineapple. I also plan on bananas somewhere down the road. I recently dehydrated an onion and turned it into onion powder. I am amazed at how sweet the onion flavor is. Yesterday, I just steamed some fresh spinach for my dinner vegetable and the only thing I added was a sprinkling of the onion powder. It was so good! Like the tomato powder I made, it tends to clump because there are no additives in it to prevent that. I just use a small salt cellar spoon or 1/4 teaspoon measuring spoon to break up the clumps and sprinkle the powder on the food. I may never buy commercial onion powder again.
