I think he makes a fine product and I'm sure there is demand for it; just don't know why he has such difficulties shipping his product. I mean there are other one-man operations (Grooming Dept comes to mind) that came out of nowhere, is doing quite well, and has no issues in the customer support area.

Status update: It hasn't shipped, but a Shipping Label was created today. Here's hoping it is delivered before December! Undecided

Status Update 2:

Oct 29th - Ordered
Nov 20th - Shipping Label Created
Nov 24th - Shipped
Nov 27th - Delivery (scheduled)

In short, almost a one month turnaround time. My belief (fingers crossed) is Folsom & Co's will improve on the "order fulfillment" side of the business. Hope others find this information useful and all had an enjoyable holiday.

A couple of weeks ago, I took a peek at Folsom’s website, and everything was out of stock.

Today, I tried accessing the site, and it’s like it’s not even there anymore. I wonder if the most recent comeback was this short-lived…

Wow! Maybe got a bit of bad press over the time it took to ship and the way he did. It's a shame. I do enjoy his splashes!

This thread from reddit might be of interest. Scroll to the bottom where a user asks about Folsom & Co. Looks like Chiseled Face might possibly take it over like he has done with LASSCo and Tiki.

Did not see anything on Chiseled Face taking it over. Only that he's trying to find time. To balance everything and not sure what he's gonna do. May have overlooked it.
