This afternoon saw Fluffy  at the restaurant supply store. Getting some items for my recent hobby, baking bread.

Burrel Top Flight Razor

Good time shopping at the restaurant supply wear-house. Got some supplies that will greatly improve the ease of bread production. As well as packaging.
The shave with the Top Flight razor. Was a nice affair. It is a fine example of American steel.
The sour dough starters are percolating as I write this. Tomorrow I plan to start 5 loaves worth of dough. Two will have cheese and garlic added in and the others will be my signature recipe.
Have a good weekend guys.

Bravo! About 8 years ago my wife and I were able to visit King Arthur HQ, and it was hard not to buy all sorts of things. They offer baking classes and sell all manner of items needed to bake, decorate, flavor, learn/read, etc. My wife will only use KA for her baking if at all possible! My bread machine flour is KA, as well. Because they are New England based, most grocery stores carry their products.

Sorry for the rambling! It is fun to read of your enjoyment of this ancient art!

Great to hear about you and your wife’s visit to King Arthur Eric.  Yes the seem to be a really interactive company. With a very nice website. They also give lots of help and advice through that website.  Even without that. Their products don’t disappoint.

Great shaves Ken! Someone needs a restock for their bottle to get filled up.
