I have the Bruyere and agree- it is a solid performer and I very much like the scent. It strikes all the notes I enjoy in this "family" of scents but also has an element of what I would call "graphite". It grounds it very well.
Great choice and would definitely recommend.
Note: I am not a fragrance person so my descriptions may seem off

I don't nor have I tried B&M Roam- sure would like to at some point but likely not based on availability.
I have SS Baker St. but to my nose it has more of a cologne scent. Great performance!
I do have some Tim's inbound for delivery today, one of which is Breakfast of Champions with some tobacco notes. Described as:
The vanilla hits you first. The full city roast lingers longest. And in between there is a dance of notes that makes this scent much more than a daily latte. Yes, there is plenty of coffee aroma here, a base note that knits the whole thing together. But the striking heart of the fragrance is a pour of bourbon, full of deep oak, char, and caramel notes (and, yes, vanilla). It’s the perfect pairing for a nice robusto fresh from the humidor, replete with traces of cedar and dark, aged tobacco.
I wanted something more than just a coffee with accoutrements. I wanted a leisurely, luxurious morning on the back porch watching the world wake up. I wanted something to inspire contemplation, reflection, and ultimately, satisfaction. Something to get my head right for the day ahead. Something bold, heady, rich, and potent. I wanted it all, and here it is: the breakfast of champions.

O
You mentioned Mystic Water, Sweet Briar, and while I like the performance, what tobacco I smell seems overpowered by the Spice aroma (cinnamon perhaps?). Not sure, but it's my first tobacco scented soap and it smells nothing like my pipe. Is the fairly common? Just wondering.
