II'm sorry to hear that. Thinking about your customers in this situation (certainly as a distraction) honors you. But any (reasonable) customer in this situation would understand late deliveries. Your personal situation is more important than wet shaving products.

I haven’t been on in a while and just saw this. Frank I’m glad you’re safe and nobody was hurt. It’s just stuff, you’re strong and you’ll get through this. Insurance obviously helps.

Dragonsbeard sorry to hear about this incident and the resultant chaos such events bring.
Insurance can mitigate monetary loss to an extent but some things are irreplaceable.
I hope everything gets back on track with your life and business soon.

An update.

First off I’d like to thank the members that responded to the Gofundme account that andrewjs18 put up. My sincere appreciation as my insurance will only cover not quite half the loss and expenses I’ll have moving.

On another subject although I’m still doing a lot of things related to the fire today I went into work for a half day. My assistant Annette has really stepped to the plate and I’m lucky to have her.

I’m not sure if we can meet the schedule to make and get things ready for the Eclipse release but I’m going to make a hard decision between today and Monday and if possible we will do it.

UPDATE:

I had to make a hard decision today and after looking at my inventory of the Aromatics that would go into the Eclipse release it’s going to be impossible to make it happen before the Eclipse on April 8th . I was really looking forward to this release but as you know the situation created by the fire has put me behind enough to make this an impossibility to meet the shipping deadline. The good news is the Aroma Blend came out very nice and I personally think it will be a great early Fall/Winter scent. The aromatics are as follows below

Natural Aroma Blend of Organic Sweet Orange Oil EO, Red Mandarin EO, Vanilla Absolute, Tonka Bean Butter, Coco Absolute, Tobacco Absolute, Orris Butter, Benzoin, Honeybush CO2 Extract, Haitian Vetiver EO and Ylang Ylang EO


Good news also is some of the packaging for this release was black so I’ll be able to use it for the next release of Dragonsbeard this coming October 1st. So I’ll be adding a couple of new products to the collection.

My apologies to those that were looking forward to the Eclipse release.

I just ordered from Italy and from the 2023 March citrus groves so very fresh.
