Frank, I don't even know what to say at the moment except I'm thinking about you.

Hi Everyone, 

As most of you know, Frank and I have become good friends and we spoke yesterday and today.  Being the type of guy he is, he is worried about his friends, his neighbors and of course...his Ethos customers.

This is not easy for him and it will probably be a while before he's back at work, he is staying in a hotel for now but has to prioritize the things we take for granted daily.  

If you have an order in with him, be patient as Ethos will have to take a secondary role as he works hard to put his personal life back on track.  It won't be easy and he can 
use our support during this time.

Frank, I am sorry all of this has occurred, but thankfully you are safe. I hope the losses are minimal, and you are able to establish temporary residence quickly. Sending positive thoughts your way.

I'm with all of the others before me... you need to take care of yourself. I am so sorry. I hope things turn up, at least a little bit.

I'm certain anyone with an order in can absolutely understand and has no issues waiting. You come first, because without Frank, there's no Ethos.
