Hi Everyone,
As most of you know, Frank and I have become good friends and we spoke yesterday and today. Being the type of guy he is, he is worried about his friends, his neighbors and of course...his Ethos customers.
This is not easy for him and it will probably be a while before he's back at work, he is staying in a hotel for now but has to prioritize the things we take for granted daily.
If you have an order in with him, be patient as Ethos will have to take a secondary role as he works hard to put his personal life back on track. It won't be easy and he can
use our support during this time.

Already texted with you Frank but will repeat here. It won't be easy but you WILL get thru this. Take care of YOU FIRST and all else will fall into place.
