Sorry if I missed it, will the bay rum be a limited release or stay stocked?

I’ll make it a couple times a year as the infusion takes about 3 months.  They do go fast though especially through the vendors.

I love it Dave! Why not is what I say. I use Greenfresh and Peppermint all year and some would say they are for hot weather. Watermelon Mint was a fun project and I’m planning on making it again down the road. Love the pig in the watermelon patch but the Dragon Pirate was the best! You’re killing it my friend!

Razor: Yates 921 H/Nodachi Handle (modified)
Blade: Vintage Iridium Polsilver/Wizamet
Brush: Lutin Lightning/Badger
Soap: Ethos Shave MD
AS : Witch Hazel + Ethos Shave MD

Badger Knot in a Lutin Lightning Brush and Shave MD Ginger Ale Scented Soap by Ethos (Hence the 1 picture). Wonderful shave this morning. It was my 1st use of a Vintage blade from some that Vesper generously pif'd to try as Wizamet is my preferred blade. These are Vintage made in Poland blades. They state Polsilver but have the Wizamet logo on them so they may be when transitioning or the W was always a part of the company. I used my 921 Yates "H" plate and admittedly it's been awhile since grabbing this razor and so I want to use this blade in a better known razor before final thoughts. Initial thoughts are it is as expected as smooth as can be. It's sharp enough to do a great job but not sure if as sharp as my current Wizamets. That said, it may have been the razor I used as it does use a different angle than most and that's why I want to try it in other razors first. Again my thanks to Vesper and an enjoyable shave for sure. The smoothness I felt is exactly what my 1st shave with a Wizamet felt like on it's first stroke when I initially tried them and that's what had me stock up on them several years ago. In anticipation of Frank's soon to be released Tortola soap, I'm enjoying the excellent scent of the islands, Bay Rum.

It's a Blackland Sabre.  I'm not finding the regular handle to my liking so I threw on one of my extra Crown handles.  Sabre with OG handle - 108g, Sabre with Crown - 76g.  The OG handle by itself weighs more than the Sabre with the Crown handle. 

My biggest problem is I'm finding GEM blades sux.  I've tried blades from multiple sources and so far they tug and don't cut very well.  I'm think'n there's something I don't know about GEM PTFE blades.

I agree ... Gem blades are not for me. Playing with the angle will help to some extent, but won't make them cut clean like a good DE. Not worth the hassle, IMO.

I don't shave with anything I use to scrape stickers off of windows.

I had the Sabre. The L1 plate is way too safe (leaves me with a 5:00 shadow) and the L2 plate nicks me constantly.
