Absolutely Bazooka and Double Bubble. I won a bubble blowing contest when I was like 10 at a local playground.. good times.
Girls liked Juicy Fruit  and they’d crack the gum and drive everyone crazy Angel

Speaking of Bubble Gum did you know I made a customer a custom Bubble Gum Shave soap and Skin Food Splash?

He’s one of your comrades from Canada.

Cool. I didn’t know that. That guy was probably a bubble blowing champion in his youth and wants to recapture his glory days!
Not a bubble blowing champion but I sure do love the stuff.  The soap and splash capture the essence but in a much more sophisticated way. Shaving with it is fun while still being manly. Not cloying in any way. You wouln't be disappointed.

Carmine my friend.

I’m glad you are enjoying the custom Bubble Gum shave soap and splash .. I agree it was a very pleasant experience when I used the sample I took home. It also brought back some good time memories

Best wishes

So I had a customer call me today and during our conversation he asked me about the EOS Complex and I explained to him a little bit about it as I was in the middle of making Skin Food Lotion and had to get back to it.  Anyway he mentioned that you have a lot of skin care ingredients in your products and how do you get them all on  your labels. I said with small font but can you imagine if all 36 skin beneficial ingredients that are in the EOS Complex were listed on the ingredient list! I explained o him that not only are there the 36 ingredients in the Complex but some of the Trademarked or patented ingredients are made up of 2 or 3 ingredients themselves so I went trough them all out of curiosity and if I break each one down and count them all it actually totals 51 individual ingredients.  So I  put up a Shave Soap ingredient list below just for the fun of it so you could imagine what an ingredient list would look like if you added 51 additional ingredients to the list. It would be double what the ingredient list is below.
To fit on a label the font would be so small you’d need a magnifying glass to see the ingredients. Lol

Ingredients: Aloe Vera Juice, Stearic Acid, Grass Fed Beef Tallow, Duck Fat, Organic Shea Butter, Castor Oil, Cocoa Butter, Kokum Butter, Mango Butter, Organic Glycerin, Potassium Stearate, Sheep Milk, Coconut Milk, Sodium Hydroxide, Grass Fed Bison Tallow, Argan Oil, Apricot Kernel Oil, Kukui Nut Oil, Organic East Indian Sandalwood Essential Oil, Mysore Sandalwood Accord, Mysoral Sandalwood Accord, Jasmine Grandiflorum Absolute Oil, Vintage 1960 Mysore Sandalwood Essential Oil, Benzoin Resin Oil, Orris Butter Resin 10%, Myrrh Essential Oil, EOS Complex, Allantoin, Oat Amino Acids, Silk Amino Acids, Soy/Rice Peptides, Sorbitol, Organic Vitamin E Oil, Sodium Lactate, Xanthan Gum, Lanolin, Capritolin (Natural Preservative) Calendula Extract, Aloe Vera Extract, Comfrey Extract, Milk Thistle Extract, Chamomile Extract.

For all that celebrate have a great Easter Sunday!

Frank, I've looked around and can't seem to find a description of the scent characteristics of Ravello. Can you describe them?

Here’s the Aroma ingredients listed in the Skin Food Splash.  I’m happy as the Fig Leaf came out more than I had expected.

Ingredients: Everclear 190 Proof Pure Grain Alcohol, Hamamelis Virginiana Water (Witch Hazel), Natural Distillates of Blackberry, Fig Leaf, Red Fruits and Apricot, Organic Ruby Red Grapefruit Essential Oil, Helichrysum Essential Oil, Bay Leaf Essential Oil, White Cedarwood Essential Oil, Egyptian 10% Jasmine Absolute, Haitian Vetiver Essential Oil, EOS Complex, Allantoin, DL-Panthenol, Aloe Vera Juice, Organic Vegetable Glycerin, Hyaluronic Acid, Ceramide Complex, White Birch Extract, Honeysuckle Extract, Calendula Extract, Comfrey Extract.

Hello all

I need input. So I"m at the crossroads on something that's been on my mind for a while. It's concerning my bases.  So currently I have the F Base, S Base, Tallow Shave Creme and the Tibu Saboni which has its own base. I have eliminated the Vegan Creme base as far as coming out with anything else in that base as I feel the Tallow Shave Creme is noticeably better. I"m working on a Vegan Shave Soap but will probably offer it only in unscented and take custom orders if someone wants a scent in it.

So here's the big decision I have to make. Since 90 to 95% of the Shave soap orders are now F Base. I"m thinking of eliminating the S Base altogether. My thoughts are since the Tallow Shave Creme has come into its own and there's been a noticeable improvement since the very first version ( The Blood Orange ) and this latest version kicked things up a notch from the last ( The original Blue Note ) it could take the place of the S Base. So for example moving forward I can offer some scents in both the F Base and the Tallow Shave Creme like the upcoming Rosa and also in the standards like the Lavender Supreme and Succès where I now offer both S and F Bases.

The only time I see some sales in the S Base is when I'm sold out of the F Base.

So I'd like some input on this before I take action.  I will say that all the upcoming Shave Soap releases are in the F Base.  All the other upcoming releases are in the Tallow Shave Creme. So I have not made any of the new S Base with the exception of the development samples I made when I came up with the new S Base Formula which basically is a softer version of the lastest F Base. Seems a little redundent to me and some of my customers who I talk to on the phone seem to think the S Base is not needed.

So some thoughts my friends.

Frank

Bowl lather exclusively.

Clearly F base is the top selling but there are those, given a choice, would always purchase S base.
