ETHOS Grooming Essentials A New Line

This is my new Vegan Treatment Shave Creme I’ll be releasing very soon. It’s specifically developed for people with skin conditions. It is Antibacterial, Anti - Inflammatory and Anti-fungal along with having excellent moisturizing benefits. It helps or eliminates things like razor burn redness and irritation,, dry flaky skin, Hyperpigmentation, photo aging  It also helps fight Acne, reduce fine lines and improves skin texture. There will be an accompanying Serum that will also have many of the same benefits in the post shave. The new Non - Tallow Shave Creme is infused with Authentic Organic African Black Soap paste I had imported from Guyana along with other skin beneficial ingredients. The Aroma is 100% natural and comes only from the ingredients contained in the Shave Creme.

 Ill be releasing some Aromas both existing and brand new in this new Shave Creme base starting with Melange Di Agrume soon to be followed by a Fougere. The Shave Creme can also be customized in the 
“ Personal Blends “ and  I’ve already gotten 2 custom orders. One using only 100% Pure rare 1936 Mysore Sandalwood oil and the other is an Aroma Blend of East Indian Sandalwood oil, Tonka Bean Butter and Coconut CO2. I’m very excited about the addition of this new Shave Creme.

Sounds great. Having used black soap from Sudsy in the past, this should be an interesting result.

I used the DFS Colonia soap and splash today and the vetiver scent stood out the most this time. Reminded me to ask how Vetivert is coming along?

Yes African Black soap and especially the paste concentrate has great skin benefits so adding that along with all the other skin beneficial ingredients should make a big difference for some people out there with skin issues and conditions. 

I’m about a week behind schedule on all the upcoming soap releases and the Vetiver is only a couple of weeks away from release. It will be only available in the F Base. At least for now.

I have never used black soap before so it is very tempting to use this soap.

I have heard the black soap provides great positive effects on skin so I think that it is only you that not only provide incredible skin benefits for people of all types but also great shaving experiences such as its performances.

From my view, nobody has done this except you Frank. You are putting great effort into products more than anybody else in the shaving industry. Of course they do work hard but I mean you are the most passionate I've ever seen.

Anyway the label is just awesome  perfect.

Thank you so much for the kind and encouraging words. I’m just staying in my lane doing my own thing. I know quite a few soap makers and they are very passionate about their products as well. 

I’m really happy with how the label came out and Monica did a great job on the side label as well.

Quick Update: 

Labels just arrived for the V3 Dragonsbeard Shave soap. The big dilemma is what jar to put it in. Traditionally it’s been n an all black jar an id line to stick with that format but black jars are not that easy to find so I’m down to 3 choices. 1. Use the cheap relatively easy to get PET jars I used the last two times but really dislike. 2. I bought only 50 black violet Infinity glass jars I was planning to use for a very limited release down the road but they are the most expensive jars I’ve ever seen. Beautiful and super high quality but using them would drive the price up considerably beyond what any Dragonsbeard Shave soap has sold for and I’d only be able to make 50 jars and I was planning on more. 3. Have custom jars made that are just like my clear jars I use only in black. Like that idea best but not only is that a much more expensive investment for me as they have minimum runs of 1000 jars which I could use for other future releases and I thought of switching the Succes into black jars with the brushed Silver cap which I think would look pretty cool. Here’s the big problem. If I gave them the ok today ( just got my quote yesterday) it would be about 4 to 6 weeks before I had the jars in the warehouse which would definitely push the release back by about 2 months total. What to do? I’ve asked one of my vendors and some of my shaving buddies and I’ve gotten mixed opinions. Some strongly like options 1 2 or 3 so still wrestling with this. Maybe I should take a poll lol 

Any thoughts?  Maybe something would click with me and I could move forward. Seeing the labels come in really has me wanting to make the darn soap! Hate these situations. 




Ok so moving on I’m very excited that I finally made a decision as to what bottles to put my new upcoming Non - Alcohol Skin Food Sheer Lotion in and the 2 oz pump lotion bottles just came in yesterday so I can get to work after I get back from a very short trip to visit my son in NYC next weekend as he wants me there for my upcoming Birthday so I’ll be gone for 3 days which I’m looking forward to. 
As I’ve always loved going to NYC.  

So for the first release I’m thinking Greenfresh and Lavender Supreme for sure and either Succes or something brand new as I’d like to start with at least 3 aromas.
