I can feel your frustration and to be clear it's actually been only 4 months since my official product launch out but everyone who's been working on the site has a full time job so it's taken longer than it normally would. We are putting a lot of content in it so that also has taken a lot more work and time . So I will definitely post on here when it's finished and up. All I'll say is we are very very close.

I don't look at MDC as a shelf brand or mass producers especially when it comes to their Shave Soaps. Their main business is making bath soaps as I've had a few conversations with them. They've been making soap for many years and they have a tradition and method that they use that I highly respect. Like someone posted earlier every person has their own opinion on shave soaps and it's based on many different factors. Just like razors. At one point I had a pretty decent sized collection of both vintage and modern razors. In the last couple of years things have changed and I've become a lot more selective on what razors I like and will keep in my den and I've probably sold 75% of my collection. I've also become just as selective on what new razors, soaps and brushes and other items I will buy and add to my den as I know what I like and I know what I'll use.

Please tell us about your razors: what are your favorites?
Thank you!

I wanted to share with you as an ordinary consumer of shaving soap: I am really looking forward to the opening of your site and already starting to burn out. I was going to buy many products, but I do not like "clandestine sales" (especially with unfamiliar soap), so I sent a substantial budget to another premium soaps

Thanks
Michael

I would not consider the sales “Clandestine “ as several times on the site his company email was posted for orders. Ethosgroomingessentials@gmail.com. I believe Frank has had over 400 orders fulfilled and many people have listed what is available. I do know that the people helping Frank build the website have full time jobs and Covid has made it difficult to get together as they are in New York. Hope that helps clear up what has been happening.

Honestly, build the website gonna help Frank to get lots of orders; but may not be good for us, if everything becomes sold-out quickly.
I can order whatever I want through email easily.

Haha guys. You realize clandestine means secretive implying illicit which Frank and ETHOS is definately not. He has been very transparent and explained his releases on 2 very prominent shaving sites. He’s also bent over to accommodate his customers like no other. There’s been nothing secretive about his releases and upcoming plans. Haha you guys crack me up.

The only thing I would like to add is Frank responds like no other artisan. I have emailed and reached out to a few other artisans to inquire about their products and I always get a helpful email back from them. Frank is the only artisan that has responded with his phone number! He is very attentive to detail and wants to make sure that he can explain everything you want to know, or may want to know, about his products. His customer service is much like his products, the best I have come across!

Certif I am by no means meaning for this to come across as a challenge or an attack, but I guarantee if you reach out to Frank he will be more than accommodating and he can go a little more in depth about the website than I can. I know last time Frank and I talked he was actually getting ready to get on a conference call with the individual helping him build his site. Hope this helps!
