Box NOS Gillette Super Silver DE Blades

Still 2 boxes of 120 left as of this post.

Wow that's a good deal if they're well cared for.

I thought they looked to be in decent shape from the pictures, but I realize you can't tell everything from pictures. I guess I'll see first hand come Friday. I couldn't resist. Big Grin

I've used some vintage blades that I've liked better than current production. Most of my vintage blade stash is injector blades, but I do have some vintage DE blades I've really liked as well. Hopefully, these have been stored under decent conditions for the past 50 years or so and the blades are in good shape.

The same seller is selling single packs for $7.95 USD + free shipping.

I almost forgot I had thrown a low ball bid on this lot. Clearly didn't slip under the radar. Lots of interesting things and odd stuff. I saw a few jewels in with the coal.

The double ring, Barbasol, Cooper flip top, and big fellow caught my eye. Some of the old plastic razors, like the red one, I have not seen before.

The eyelash curler is what probably took it over $700 though huh...

Tongue

I used to buy boxes of razors like that. Never for that much money though. That's how I got my toggle.

I keep hoping to find a lot like that in an antique store or flea market.

This one wasn't really random I think though. Someone must have been collecting unique stuff. Maybe more than one collection combined over the years?

Wow.

The more I zoom in and look the more cool stuff I see.

A Grand Shave King, a Sheraton, a Ranger Tech,

I hope the seller shipped the whole lot nicer than he/she presented it on eBay.

Someone is going to be going through a ton of scrubbing bubbles.

I actually don't know what a ranger tech looks like. rather than looking it up online, I think a new thread on the forum wouldn't be a bad idea...

Asafiev, that’s a sick razor! (Pun intended.)
