Dress Boots - who knew?

That image with the shoe polish gave me flash backs to the first ten years or so of my Army career!  Although I didn't like it at first when we went to the tan leather boots, it sure was nice not to have to polish daily!!!

I'm fond of Oakstreet Bootmakers, which I find to slightly classic but at the same time, trendy and casual for field boots.

However, beyond these brands, you can get exceptionally high-quality and luxurious boots (such as those crafted from Horween Shell Cordovan, hand-welted, or seamless whole-cut shoes) from BLKBRD Shoemaker at remarkably affordable prices. I have 3 pair of Oak Street Lakeshore boots and a pair of their dress shoes. I would love a pair of Vibergs or White’s MP boots but those brand are really pricey! I also have a few pair of Red Wing Iron Rangers. I love service style boots as you can dress them up or down.
