Razor: Band Razor Shootout - Gillette Versus Schick

Here is a post from BBS I believe, as it refers to writing the Dummies guides, and it delves into the history of the band razors.

I want to say it was Apollo 11 or 12 that had the Gillette Techmatic and a tube of brushless cream. I believe the goal was no water and no fumbling with blades in weightlessness! Dodging snot or worse was an issue during flights, if an astronaut took ill while in-flight.
