I was just kinda meh about the scent of Tabac. GREAT lather though if you like the scent  Happy2

Razor: Rockwell Plate 5
Blade: Wizamet (?)
Brush: Saponificio Varesino 2.0 Bamboo
Soap: I Coloniali
AS 1: Humphrey's Alcoholado Maravilla 70
AS 2: Nivea Deep
Fragrance: Amouage Sunshine Man

Just a wonderful and pleasant shave today. The soap has a nice mango subdued scent with a smokiness. There is also a touch of menthol in it but is not detected in the scent but evident in the lathering feel. Love this soap/cream or whatever you want to call it. Took the Rockwell out for a spin as it hasn't had any love in a while. Plate 5 always gives a close mindless shave for me and I'm glad I traded Alan a brush for this set that he put his high hand polish on. Hope everyone has a stellar day and weekend !!

Tabac is amazing in every respect imo. Often when using these older brands there is some compromise relative to the modern high tech soaps but not with Tabac. Nope, it ticks all the boxes for me and the scent is superb. While it’s true that not everyone can handle that much masculinity, for those of us who can it’s something special. I will concede that before I decide to use Tabac I have to consider what’s on my agenda for the day and whether any people I might be meeting can handle the blinding blast of manliness that Tabac will give them.

That MEF issue is a head scratcher for sure. Nice fix with the grater. Hope your lasagna didn’t come out soapy!

This guy "gets it" Tabac lets everyone you meet. Know that you are there to get things done. And when you're finished, invite their womenfolk back to your place. Where there is a good chance. A hot tub, king sized round bed and mirrors are on the ceiling. Cool

Well I tried to take the high road of respecting others thoughts but it's not for me. Since you insist on PUSHING your feelings on others I'll say, there will always be some that consider Floral manly. Enjoy your soap girls ! Tongue Happy2

You do realize that we'll be scrutinizing your SOTDs now looking for even the hint of a floral or any other potentially girly scent note right?

I Coloniali? Mango? Thats a fruit right?
