Damn Fine Shave participation in Movember (2019)

I also got some stuff in from deniro444 & BumpStopper a few days ago. I'll post some photos of those items over the next few days.

Here's a picture of recently completed ones to show some of the variability in color blend and shape. A unique group with individual differences - doesn't get much more limited edition than that!

We're really grateful for the generous vendor, artisan and member donations to the 2019 Movember campaign so far this year but time is getting short and we're going to need more donations if we hope to match or even exceed last year's campaign total.

Please remember that this is all for a very worthy cause while allowing our members to have a chance at experiencing the vendors and artisans, both old and new, that help to make the wet shaving community so enjoyable.

I got a few great boxes today from dominicr, Captain's Choice & murphyandmcneil.......

first up is the stuff from dominicr from black tie razor. the pucks of soap they sent over smell great, as does the sandalwood soap!

next up is from Scott of Captain's Choice.  I'm a big fan of his bay rum scent and the heavyweight copper bowl he sent over is absolutely gorgeous. his porcelain mug and bowl are beautiful as well!

finally the last for the day is two soaps from murphyandmcneil that smell awesome!!!  thanks a bunch!

Sorry it’s a bit off topic, but there is not nearly enough praise in these forums for Viking Soap products and specifically the brushes. 

I just want to chime in and say that I recently received a custom brush from Andrew at Viking Soap, and the “Odin’s Beard” knots he is using in these brushes are among the best badger knots I’ve used in 6+ years of wet shaving. He’s a great guy and these brushes will be top notch at an awesome price, do not hesitate to buy one.  His soaps are incredible as well!

got a package from wetshavingproducts today.  thank you, Lee! the black amber vanille and sandalwood shaving soaps smell great, as does the mahogany bath soap!
