My DLC slant was damaged when it arrived. I sent an email to iKon and got a response to ship the head back and a replacement would be sent out. I sent it out and got a replacement. I've had nothing but good experiences with iKon.

So receiving a defective product right off the bat is a good experience now?

All evidence has been buried, all tapes have been erased.

The package was clearly damaged in shipping. I don't blame that on the vendor.

He's now claiming (to PayPal) that it's obvious I'm trying to run a scam on him! He stopped answering mail, I gave him options to replace the razor or a partial refund to compensate me (blemished and seconds cost less, right?), and he's claiming I'm trying to con him? Quite unbelievable from someone who sold me a defective razor for full price...

I have no idea how he stays in business or why anyone would want to deal with him in any capacity....it is mind boggling.

All evidence has been buried, all tapes have been erased.

I'm sorry to hear about this issue, DonnerJack. Here's to hoping you find a resolution, one way or another.

Can you respond to this? For example, if there is a history of complaints against him, and you are clean, that should help tilt things in your favor. I'm really disheartened to see Greg act this way. When I saw his site had no telephone number at all, I smelled una rata.

I wouldn't say that no telephone number is a sign of smelling a rat - I don't list a telephone number on my site because I have a day job, and if I field phone calls for Chiseled Face while I'm on the clock, I'm fired.

That being said, I have had issues with Greg as well. He has called me a liar on a public forum, and has refused to respond to my emails when I had an issue. I really like iKon products, but I will only buy them used and only if uncoated at a discount.

I had a similar issue with Greg but when I sent him back the defective head he immediately sent me a replacement. Greg can be a little touchy however, you are still the customer.
