The sadness you felt for yrs of inadequacy and irrelevance finally made it back to the Big Show. Your persistence paid off.
Your Goat will eventually be put out to pasture. He will be put into his cryovac sleeping chamber once the post SB parties are over, ensuring he is still fresh for next season.

He needs to keep looking over his shoulder. The Bills, (and it galls me to type this) the Browns and of course the #1 losers from yesterday the KC Chiefs will put Brady back on ice.

For good.

Your Goat will be put out to pasture...he HAD a good run.

MaHomie now wears the crown of greatness.

The other cool thing about me making this post is if KC loses, I can delete it and pretend I don't know what the Hello you are talking about.

But if KC wins...well I will enjoy the heavyweight title until this time next year, when the Bills might just make fools of us all and take MaHomie's crown.

Nope, if you delete it, I will resurrect it  Big Grin

Some random thoughts:

Is Brady even human?

Bucs playing in a pirate ship is cool.

Mahomes is something special - I hope he can be durable.

This is going to be a great game - I hope both teams play at the top of their games so there can be no dispute about who the champs are.

Personally, I like the Jacksonville Jaguars, I mean for more than just their cool name. It takes real effort to be as bad as they are.

Here's something to think about... Is it the Cat motif? I mean, the Jaguars pulled off something spectacularly awful. But, look at the Lions. They invented that sort of gameplay, and have been tanking for decades, I believe. Also, the Bengals hit a mighty 4-11 this year. More proof...

I hope it's not the curse of the cat. Lol.

It was a win-win situation for me. I rooted for the Chiefs, but since the Buccs won, I got to tell my teenager, "look, Brady's my age". Lol.

What’s that line? Beware of old men in a business where men die young. Talent comes along frequently but transcendent talent less frequently. Even less frequently is transcendent talent combined with mental strength but the rarest of all is the combination of transcendent talent, mental strength and durability. Clearly durability is, at least partly luck. Don’t get hurt, but there’s also the mental strength to do what’s necessary to overcome injuries and setbacks and keep moving forward. I have to admit, Tom Brady is inspirational, especially to us old guys.  I think getting to bed by 8pm is a big part of his success  Happy2
