It is definitely a different design and feel from the 921. Blade feel is closer to a M plate but the razor almost gives a slight vacum feel, not drag, but definitely different and the results are very similar to what I get with an H plate so far after 3 shaves. I would say the Winning razor feels more like my Henson than my Yates.
