Well, since this was a huge diabolical plan by hawns to make me buy more stuff. I went and ordered a bunch of toner samples from his site. So now I also have six samples coming in, as well as the two tubs of soap from L&L. (shakes fist angrily, or at least mildly perturbed)

I was checking earlier but I now see Shawn has all the provisions in their new packaging up on the Chatillon Lux site.
Yeah, we went about three times as much as we had ever done for a LE soap run and five times as much as we did for the first Champs de Lavande run. Let's just say we've learned some lessons along the way

Unfortunately the fragrance I use for TSM Fougère is very, VERY expensive.
And the Unconditional Surrender the same fragrance formula as is used in my products, as well, so hopefully it matches up well
The TSM Fougere soap is definitely worth the premium.

I have almost every post shave product Shawn has made in toner, aftershave and balm. I can tell you as a user that there is very little difference on the face between toner and aftershave. The aftershave has a bit of alcohol in it and will give you just a bit of the burn whereas the toner won't. Both are liquids and not balm or cream although you can see a little bit more thick stuff in the toner before shaking. Honestly, if I were doing a blind test, I wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Well, maybe the burn if I had a rougher shave. I like to use the toner in the winter and the aftershave in the summer as the toner may be just a tad more conditioning, maybe.
