No photo today, but I just used the + plate on a two-day growth. Very nice. For my beard it was quite smooth and close. No mishaps or irritation at all.

I also tried the Eleven soap for the first time. I haven't been tempted to try it until now because I have so many soaps already. This is a really good soap though. Nice and slick with excellent cushion. The Barbershop scent is pleasant too. It reminds me of Roja Elysium. Not exact, but that's what I finished the shave with, and it was a pretty good paring IMHO.

Photo to come soon Smile

Here's a quick few tips/rules for the pass around.  Please try to be mindful of the creator of the razor and everyone on the pass around list.  If you're going to be out of town just before or during your turn, just ask us to bump you down on the list so you can have the proper time to use it and so you also do not hold up others from trying the razor(s) in a timely manner.

As this pass around includes more than 1 razor, let's agree to keep it for 10-14 days before passing it on so people have adequate time to use and judge everything.

Also, please insure the razor for $1,000 just in case it gets lost in the mail..

I am relatively new to this forum (although active on another and recognize a number of individuals here) and not quite at the minimum requirements to participate in the pass arounds. I wasn't sure what the etiquette or time cut offs might be on participating in these if they are already underway (once I met the requirements). Appreciate any guidance.

You need to be able to send and recieve private messages which is after 14 days since sign up and 10 posts. Once that is met and if the pass is still happening people are generally allowed to join late if they meet the messaging requirement. Welcome ! Below is a quote from Andrew in FAQ's

"We've adjusted the settings so new users need to have 10 posts AND be registered on the site for 14 days before you can access the bst forum section and use the private messaging system."

Thanks for that guidance and the welcome. I had seen the minimum requirements on time and posts but wasn't sure if I could participate if a pass around was already underway, after meeting the minimum requirements. The pass arounds are one of the uniques aspects of this forum that I appreciate. I will check back in after meeting the requirements.
