slantman this time you assumed and made an ASS out of yourself ... if you really need to know, when i pre-ordered the razor i had no financial obligations that prevented me from buying. A week and a half ago my wife had to have some unexpected dental work done that after insurance left us with a bill over $800

As for you saying "he tried the razor out and seen something was wrong and sold it" is so asinine of you ... you need to grow up !!!!

I think we can chat about a razor without name calling and making accusatory posts without any facts.

Its funny the guy gets the razor (probably tried it out) had no idea it was a machining problem and promptly sells it the next day. Technically the razor was used but he probably thought one time doesn't consitutue used. As far as going through hard times if things were that bad you don't go and spend $250 for a razor. No doubt like most of us we have more then one.

1.) I did not try it out because i planned on selling to recoup the money as soon as razor was delivered.
2.) Received yesterday and sold/refunded yesterday, if i received the day before that was Sunday and we don't receive mail on Sunday
3.) The razor was NOT used just the below pictures taken yesterday actually about 30-min after razor was delivered
4.) Like i said, things were not bad when i pre-ordered the razor and paid for it on Feb 22nd ..

**ONE last thing why didn't you post this on TSN and on here? Because you figured i wasn't on here that's why, you could make your accusations behind my back.

My wife read your comments and said "how childish"

Enough time wasted on you, goodbye

Hey folks, there’s a personal message feature. I’d rather read about the razor than a pointless online feud.

Got the razor, it does have a nice polish on it.

I would honestly almost rather have him machine the head to correct dimensions/geometry and wait than get a refund. I was really looking forward to this razor.

If it wasnt 17-4 I think I would try to get a local guy to make a bevel on the SB to try it. But as I understand it 17-4 is not easy to work with.

That base plate is weirdly chunky. A bit unusual to see that design choice when so many other razor makers have gravitated towards thinner, more elegant base plates. I always thought the Diamondback design offered a lot of room for improvement.
