Yep! Polished Vectors drop at 9am PST this Saturday. We'll also have polished Blackbirds, Sabres, and Darts.
The Blackbird and Dart both seem to like relatively steep blade angles compared to other DE designs. Not riding the bar, but not riding the cap either, with the handle closer to parallel.
I realize that’s such a general statement that it’s nearly pointless. Regardless, is the Vector similar in that regard?
I’ve only used AC blades in Feather DX and SS shavettes (which I haven’t used since wrecking my shoulder), and hadn’t really reached proficiency yet.

I don’t think about angle at all with the Vector. It works well at pretty much any angle. That makes it perfect for weird nooks and crannies as you don’t have to worry about holding the perfect angle at all times.
I’m sure users will chime in with their approaches.

That sure is purty, Gus! I went utilitarian, but I gotta admit that polishing and the Vector seem to go particularly well together!
Polishing really brings out the family resemblance to the Blackbird, too, in an understated way.
