No. A more aggressive base plate is only a possibility and is not currently planned or in production. I'm in the early prototyping process.

Not yet. That will be later this summer. Now that I have parts I'll be able to begin polishing some.

A bit off topic, Shane, but I acquired a Blackbird this week from a brother seeking to sell. I've only used it once so far, but it's a tremendous aggressive tool. Back to standard programming, but felt like giving you a shout out for a tremendous product.

Glad to hear that, Scott! The Blackbird is incredibly efficient and I think you'll find that after a few shaves it isn't as aggressive as the initial blade feel suggests.
